Arrived after midnight, we had phoned a few hours before from Samarkand to announce our late check in and asking if everything was ok, with a positive answer.
Upon our arrival, the Hotel staff (only one of which could understand English) could not find our reservations in the system. After half an hour and after viewing my confirmation mail they could find them in their "Expedia files" but admitted that they had not been transferred into their main system.
They offered us only one room out of the two we had reserved, which we refused also after seeing the miserable conditions of the room they offered and of the bathroom.
We were lucky enough to find another hotel nearby and gladly left Chor Minor around 2 in the night, with no regret.
First time I had such an appalling experience with Expedia, this hotel should not be offered to Expedia customers.
