The hotel was not aware that we were coming and had not heard of hotels.com and questioned our prepayment. Then we got a room for two instead of three as we had paid for. After several hours we finally got a room for three, but without ammendities paid for (eg beach view, fridge, fan etc). The hotel claimed to have breakfast, but we could still not order. The hotel staff didn't speak English and was not at all service minded or tried to understand.
