Ok stay
We stayed 2 nights. Check in was really nice and easy .loved the fact that there was room service. The second day we tried room service only to find out you have to pay extra for it. Would have been nice to know this upon check in.
The phone in the room did not work,so we had to use our cell phones to call the front desk.
The tv did not work….had a guy come to fix it and he said yeah there’s a few problems with the tvs. Just unplug it to re set tv and it should work for a while..I also told him about phone in room being broken. His reply was yeah they knew about it ..did not offer to replace it .
The bed in room definitely needs to be replaced.The Mattress had a big sag in the middle.
When we checked out the person at front desk asked how the stay was. I told her about the phone and tv. She said you should have called we would have fixed them. I said I did and nothing was done to fix . She just rolled her eyes saying nothing further about it. So I assume this is an ongoing problem with maintenance on the rooms .
