The facility overall isn’t bad but what makes it bad is the staff and their attitude. Let me give you an example: I’m not Turkish but husband is. When I asked for a glass of drink I’ve received it in paper cup ( while speaking Turkish).. then after a while I’ve asked for a drink again but in English and to my surprise received it in a glass cup. Situation happened 3 times. but whatever… when my husband asked for box of milk ( for my little child) from lobby bar I’ve witnessed nothing but arrogance , anger and refusal from the staff. Embarrassing. Actually the hotel manager has tried to make things worked for us but nothing really happened, only promises. It’s sad that the staff cares more about people from abroad than about local people. Nevertheless the food - less than average plus waiting queue is ridiculous, drinks - cheap quality, cleanliness - not that bad, pool - you can’t find a available sun bed, all of them taken from early morning. Evening program - do not bother, it doesn’t worth. We’ve checked out one day before our check out date
