I haven’t been to a hotel that charges you to park on their property, sixteen dollars per night, which is crazy for the price you’re paying for a room, can’t even get one free parking spot. What I thought might make up for it would be a continental breakfast, but again, you want that…you will be charged for it. I was surprised I wasn’t charged per pillow and for bedding. Lastly, there were several issues with the digital key. I had to go to the front desk to have it resolved and it’s useless to some degree. I state this because I would go through the garage to get to my room, I learned I can’t access the elevators unless you have a physical key….so what’s the point of a digital key if I’m still going to need a physical one to access several areas of the hotel. Overall, this has been the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at ever. There are others around so try them out. The staff at this place was amazing tho, shout out to Karla and Susan! And the housekeepers were awesome as well.
