Frustration
Disappointing, the reception service is very poor!
Just like the concierge service, it was not satisfactory.
The breakfast is not plentiful.
The beach service is slow.
I could not drink the wine I had received at another hotel because the popular one had an additional charge of 150 dollars. The pool in the room was cold and full of ants around it. There were no corkscrews or wine glasses in the room. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. There was no indoor parking or valet parking. The signage inside the hotel is practically non-existent. All the staff are cold and indifferent and seem to dislike their work. The hotel does not deliver what the customer expects. They did not offer us the VIP Expedia benefits including the 20% discount on consumption.
I did not feel welcomed at any time. Everything seemed very pretentious and indifferent. I was sad because I had a good impression from a previous stay at this hotel.
Maybe in the future I will give the hotel a second chance. But they need to improve the service a lot.
