Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing
The place did not have everything shown in the pictures. Our room did not have the electric stove that was advertised, and despite selecting the "breakfast included" option while booking, we were not provided any breakfast in our room. There was no one at the office—we had to call a number, and the person we spoke to said breakfast is only offered on weekends. However, this was not mentioned in the room's welcome book. He offered oatmeal, but only at 9 AM, which defeats the purpose of booking a bed and breakfast—we specifically chose this place to save time and leave early in the morning.
I feel misled. If weekday breakfast isn’t available, the listing should not have offered it as an option during the booking process. Had I known this, I would have booked another property with better amenities for a similar or even lower price.
Additionally, the bathroom flush was not working properly, and there were ants in the bed—my child had one crawling on his leg, which caused him to panic. Overall, it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
