We arrived at Santorini early in the evening, but there were no transfers to Sunflower in Kamari. In fact, there were many drivers who did not knew that the "Sunflower Santorini" was the new name of the "Sideris Villas". Not a big problem, except that all taxis and van drivers tried to charge us in 20 euros to get to Kamari, and the hotel did not offer any transfer services.
When we arrived at the hotel, they initially offered us a room in the basement, even without television and with 3 single beds (!!). They said that all rooms were occupied and there was no other room available - and for Expedia customers, they only offered that room in the basement!!! We complained about that and they moved us to a better room, with television and a much better placement, because we were going to stay for just 2 nights, so the problem was solved.
After all, the only thing I would suggest is that they improve the cleaning of the rooms, because ours was a bit dirty when we arrived.
