Its not like a hotel, more like renting a appartment. took long to get the room because they didnt understand anything when i arrived after booking it online. the reception dont have any computer they use, they only call someone in office. the communication with FilNaija is poor, its like Jazz and Fil is 2 different hotels.
And when i got the room, i got someones number to call when it was something. and right away i had to call for towels. and i was hard to get contact on that number, never answer.
it says on hotels.com that its roomcleaning every day, they never cleaned my room when i stayed there 4 days. it says they have airportransport, i didnt get that because the boss was gone away, so i had to get a taxi my self, and that is sometimes hard in Makati! and always need to pay extra there, so it was 1000 pesos for taxi instead of free transport as it says online.
Positive things is the building, new and clean. nice pool, but the buildings hide the sun in the pool area, its surrounded.
