Family visit
Not the first time to arrive to the hotel. We booked here several times before. Unfortunately this time when checked out the front desk guy told me to wait since he wanted to check the room. Usually this takes 2 or 3 minutes from my previous experience in the hotel. However this time the guy disappeared for 27 minutes then came down indicating that a peice from the TV is missing. I told him we didn't use the TV in the room however my kids used the TV in the living room. He indicated that I should have turned on both TVs to assure that they are working. I told him this is your job and it is not mine then he called his manger that seems told him to shut up. It's shocking for me to hire a rude person who needs to work on his customer service skills. After all this I ended up being late an hour on an event that I needed to attend and it was the reason for my stay on the hotel. Conclusion if you are going to stay in this hotel be aware of the employees . Make sure that they check the apartment before they hand the key to you. For me I'm not going there anymore unless the manager contacts me and apologize for his employee rude behavior. The hotel is not recommended to others due to lack of swimming pool, gym, resturants and now lack of customer service.
