When we check in I had asked about the gift basket my sister had left, the guy at the desk had no idea what I was talking, after getting to our room the basket was not there, went down to ask about it, and got the run around and waited, 15-20 mins to talk to Simon, we had gone to our room in the meantime and gathered our stuff and were ready to check out. When asked why, I had said no basket, no fridge in the room, and I asked 15 mins before to get Brain the owner on the phone to see the basket was. Simon said the basket was in a different room, ran up got it and helped us more to a room with a fridge. Next morning I called down to the front desk to say the bathroom sink was plugged, the girl said "you tell housekeeping they fix it." My hubby finds housekeeping and tells them about the plugged sink, later that day we go back to the room and the sink is still plugged, at the front desk I ask to speak with Simon, we wait 20 mins, I went to ask why is it taking so long, she says Simon busy. I tell her again about the sink and she says housekeeping didn't tell you, you move to rm 53. I said no. I forgot my pillow in the previous rm, hubby goes down to front desk and asks for the key to get my pillow, he says NO, he says I get someone to get it for you and bring it to front desk, hubby says why wouldn't you just put it our room, 5 mins later I have my pillow. The people at the front desk were incompetent, there was no communication, and the customer service overall was lacking.
