Big and clean room
We booked a studio suite room and the room was huge. Big vanity top with big shower area with a TV facing the bath tub so you can watch TV while you soak in the tub.
Location is about 15mins walk from the shopping street and train station.
Had an unpleasant encounter with a front desk lady staff when we requested for an hour extension to the check out time. I totally understand if it is their hotel's policy that no extension is allowed but it was the way she replied which I feel it's abit hostile. This same staff also doesn't greet hotel guest and we noticed she will avoid eye contact with guests.
On the other hand, another lady front desk staff was very helpful when we enquired about a day trip and she ran after us as we were walking away after she realized she gave us the wrong info. The male front desk staff was also very polite and helpful.
