We arrived late for a quick transit, and the reception claimed there was no reservation for us, despite me showing the email and app confirmations. Finally, they gave us 2 rooms, at a different rate, and we were escorted to some rather run-down, musty rooms on the top floor. The phones didn’t work, so we had to come down to place an order for room service. Food was okay. Breakfast buffet included, but starts only at 8:00am, ridiculously late for a hotel near the airport. We had to leave for our morning flight by 7:00am. Overall, a hopeless hotel. I’d give it zero stars if I could, maybe even negative stars.
