After a super tiring trip, I arrived at the hotel around 8 pm with my wife and my 2 children already asleep, went to check in and after almost 2 hours I was informed that the room I had booked and paid 100% (Suite ) was not available, I was offered 2 connecting rooms, as I had no option, I ended up accepting it, but after more than 40 minutes they informed me that I was also no longer available and they offered me 2 separate rooms plus a COURTESY dinner, in addition to a discount of 30 % on booking, as we were exhausted, I ended up accepting.
But the next day when I went to check out, they charged me for dinner and so far they have not reimbursed me for the room I had paid, I tried to talk to all the staff but nobody knew anything, a total disregard.
