Avoid this place and the unpleasant staff
I’ve stayed at this location several times before, was a decent place to stay but theyhave some new staff that are very unpleasant to deal with, you better not make a mistake by accidentally booking the wrong week like I did or they’ll treat you like you’re the scum of the land. I mistakenly selected on hotels.com Wednesday the 12th instead of the 19th and I had no idea I made a mistake until the hotel charged my card the evening of the 12th so I called the hotel immediately and the man that answered the phone was quite rude and refused to help so I called the next morning and spoke to the office manager named Katherine and explained my situation and first she told me the man from the night before was new and has already received multiple complaints prior to this incident, she offered to either refund me or told me I could use those funds for type night I needed (wed 19th) so today I call to make sure everything is good and the msn that answered the phone that you could barely understand with a heavy Indian accent told me Katherine wasn’t there and he wasn’t going to do anything for me they I missed my reservation last week and that I would have to pay again if I wanted to stay there m. Greed is obvious at this location and have no sympathy or care for an innocent mistake, the owner of this location appears to rather lose repeat business than make things right for a one off mistake.
