We stayed here for 3 nights last week. It was generally a clean, well-located apartment, no amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities or toiletries were provided but this is not the end of the world and the least of our problems. Firstly, the issue of picking up the key at a hotel 25 minutes away is not clearly mentioned before booking, and very inconvenient. Secondly, the management appear incapable of responding to queries: I messaged both through Expedia and on their contact number provided throughout the apartment on multiple occasions both before and during our stay and had no response. Thirdly, there is no air conditioning or fan provided - given it is August it was over 30c throughout our stay so was very unpleasant. I messaged about a fan being provided and was ignored so we had very uncomfortable nights. Fourthly, be prepared to pay a €200 deposit when you arrive: again not clearly mentioned when booking so it is something potential guests should be aware of. Given the price of this apartment I would have expected better - a fan is a bare minimum requirement and the customer service is shocking. Not somewhere I would stay again.
