We flew from San Diego to Pennsylvania a d booked with country-inn suite to have a wonderful stay away from home. But it has been a very stressful and so full of hassle for this booking. We were booked from October 17-20th,2024. When we try to check-in on the morning of 18th because we had a delayed flight, the receptionist told us that there are no rooms available that day. They told us that we should've informed them that we couldn't make it on-time. It was the first time for me to hear that the hotel would ask guests to inform them whether we're coming or not. I know that as long as I am booked and I paid for the room we should have the available room we booked. This is very inconsiderate and unacceptable. It was a King sized which we originally book but was not available that day they said, so they gave us a queen instead, but later that evening the thermostat from that room was broken and it was so uncomfortably cold that we need to move in to another room. They let us stay into another room close to the original room they gave us, but they wont let us move permanently, that we need to leave our stuff into the original room. Then when they moved us into another room, a very loud and bothering noise was coming out from the heater that it didn't put us to sleep. Our stay with country inn suites had been a nightmare to be honest.
