Horrible experience. I prepaid a couple of days before my stay. The room smelled bad as I opened the door. I started to walk around and look at everything. Parts of the flooring weren’t secure. The towel hanger and toilet paper hanger were ripped out of the wall. The white towels were stained gray. There was a cockroach crawling on the bathroom door. Pillowcases had stains. And there were drawings on the walls. I went to the front office and was told that nothing could be done by them since I made my reservation through Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and they said they would contact the Inn. The representative came back and told me the Inn denied my refund. I spoke to the front desk again and was told they would not refund me. I gave him back the room key and told him I would not be staying in a filthy and unsanitary room.
