My booking via Hotels.com was not found for some time and it was eventually found via another booking agency , so I did not have a good start, though possibly not finding the booking would have been better. There were no staff to assist with bags, half the lifts were out of action for my stay, and breakfast was awful . The room was adequate , but WIFI was only available in a small lobby area by the lifts and not in any rooms and the showers were poor The staff whilst uniformly pleasant , lacked direction and management.
Overall a very disappointing stay in a lovely city.
