Horrible!! Stay away. Don't even think to stay!
Horrible!! Stay away. don't even think about staying in this joint. Filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. In the bathroom you could only enter with flip-flops, disgusting. One of the elevators didn't work. Air conditioning was turned off at night and only ventilated without cooling, making the room a sauna. Foam mattress too soft and worn with undercut in the middle, causing it to roll over in the middle when sleeping. Milk for breakfast was soured and the staff didn't even notice. I was disgusted to eat at the restaurant. At the breakfast tables they only removed the dishes of the previous guests but they didn't even pass a cloth. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from the ventilation duct in the bathroom. When I checked in they charged the 5 nights in advance. When I saw the room I immediately asked for the cancellation of the charge to change hotels, which I was denied even with interference from Hotels.com, they only offered me a room change. We looked at the "new" room offered which was in the same conditions but still had a strong smoker smell. I'm surprised that a hotel with such a low level of hygiene can carry the name of a Radisson chain.

Only the receptionist during the day, Namir, was extremely polite. All other employees were extremely grumpy and rude.
