We only stayed one night. In our case, the guy at the reception was everything else than friendly. We pre-booked with payment by hoteis.com but he could not find the reservation and made us look up confirmation emails before handing a key. We did not get a room close to what we had asked for (some window), our ones faced the backside of the hotel where there was the next house in less than 2m distance. The room was clean, and the interior well-cared. However, the guy at the reception demonstrated quite moody, he would shake your hand at breakfast but get annoyed if you knock midnight at the door because he sleeps next to it, and early. The final disappointment was that at checkout the guy asked for more money because of tax regulations. That actually does not fit with the "all paid" argument they proclaim at this site here. Overall, this is still a well situated hotel if you want to explore the medina and closeby monuments. However, the way they run the hotel makes you not feel home, but rather dependent on the mood of the guy at the registration desk.
