Could have been better.
At heck in charged extra deposit of 100,000 for 2nd room key. Allocated room on 3rd floor with balcony. Room tv very small fir area, no Australian channel, others catered for, had a dark screen set up so no good during day, repeatly ask at reception to fix but never happened in 10 days there. Charged extra 250,000 for late check out extension of 4 hours at last day. Shower pressure was good, towels changed daily, restock of bathroom items daily. Had to supply one water for teeth washing and drinking, heaps mini mattresses shops, money changer at front of hotel, also good laundry charges 25,000 per kg, open to 8pm. Defogger for bugs outside at evening pretty full on, only appears to be done every few days but get notice. Had electrical Maintence blackout of 4 hours one morning from 10am, but was given notice, not about lifts out. Tried level 4 breakie, was charged different prices each time, 110,000, 115,000, 120,000 so not consistent. Basic food no orange juice any day, pineapple ok, eggs can be cooked fresh but had to wait as new staff training, ask fir crispy bacon. Front downstairs cafe near other entrance ok, was quick service and had orange juice. Stairs here out very steep, not good for old people or disabled. Bed in room very hard but got used to it, pillows good and plenty. Staff were polite, greet you all the time. Had issues with level 4 jacuzzi, is low set on floor, no handle rail to get in or out, swimming area poor on level 1,
