I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and my experience was subpar from the start. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with the front desk staff engaging in a lengthy conversation in their native language before attending to me. When I provided my name, they again conferred with each other before assigning me a room.
To my dismay, the room contained two double beds, despite my explicit request for a single queen bed. When I brought this to the staff member's attention, she simply shrugged and offered no solution.
The room itself was bare-bones, lacking basic amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and even a restaurant on site (despite the hotel's claims). My partner and I were forced to share a double bed, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient.
I'm extremely disappointed in the low standards of this hotel and will not be using hotels.com again.
