Fair, but not sure about the 4 star rating. Checked in and had challenges with the air conditioner which was dripping some tiny droplets of water. It took hours to get this fixed. Some of the staff members do not have a culture of smiling, had a visitor who came looking for me but was told there was no one booked under that name until there had to call me on my mobile, efforts to get redress was met with resistance as the front office person literally had to argue with the visitor, drainage system in the bath tub was a poor, a foul smell from the bathroom, broken shower door and handle, gym poorly equipped, and finally problems when I checked out. Booked through expedia and submitted email confirmation when I checked in. Upon checking out I got a printout and was requested to settle my bill in cash or by card, at which point I indicated that booking was done through expedia and confirmation for the booking and payment submitted upon checking in. Was asked to resubmit the same email. I booked this hotel on the basis of reviews but my experience was not so great. Maybe for the price, but I would rather pay extra to compensate for all the issues raised above
