This Fairfield site would have gotten a 5 star rating if the housekeeping staff was on top of their assignments! We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after the first day, they said we had our resting sign on the door..And tip was left on the bed…. We Did Not leave the sign
Upon our return, the front desk supplied us with tiolet tissue, 2nd day room cleaned very nicely!
Left tip! Days 3,4, no housekeeping again… we got our towels from the cart and left on day 5 , of course no tip was left at that point
So why a 4 star rating … your front desk staff was Amazing. Such a warm welcome everyday, said they would address housekeeping issues.
First time to Tennessee and they were so helpful in navigating the area and answering questions and always asked how our day was. They engaged in conversation with all the guests!
Their fruit flavored water, cold and always available was a nice touch
But 10 stars goes to their shuttle bus drivers
Kim day shift and Zion afternoon, evening shift
They were excellent and on time in their pickups
We saved so much money using the shuttle everyday and they were rewarded everyday
They deserve a raise and Marriot needs to know what a fantastic service they provide!
Just one more piece of advice… loved your free breakfast … area always clean but you need to staff another person…. Food would run out and it would take a while to refill, some items very cold to lukewarm, you want a hot breakfast
