Terrible customer service skills. I spent the first night wide awake because of their vibrating and incredibly noisy fridge which kept banging against the wooden door where it was kept. I had to keep getting up every hour to push the fridge back in and close the wooden door.
When I told them the following morning, and requested for aother fridge to be swapped with mine (they had another 5 empty studios they could have swapped with, their only solution was to either keep the existing fridge where it was, or leave it outside the studio and use ear plugs for the duration of the stay.
What this meant, was that each time I wanted to use the fridge, I had to open the blinds all the way up to go outside which meant everyone could see inside my studio at night! We are in winter too so it was extremely cold too.
When I asked for a refund for the first night which was spent sleepless, their answer was they would not because they had given an "appropriate" alternative to my stay - having to leave the fridge outside .
If that is what they call giving good customer service, it is in my opinion terrible service.
I would not recommend this place at all.
