I’ll start by saying that I gave the manager an opportunity to respond to my complaint but got no reply
The state of the apartment was very poor and although these aren’t brand new apartments, there is no excuse for the level of cleanliness. The sheets were stained, blankets dirty, walls grubby with dried liquid dripping down but the bathroom was the worst I’ve ever seen in apartment or room that I’ve paid to stay in. Disgusting is an understatement. I felt like I needed to wear shoes in the shower and there was built up dirt and grime in the floors and around the frames. Mould on the walls too.
Zero customer service. No communication before the day of check in and when I called the number off the website, it was answered by a man who just said ‘hello’. I thought I had called the wrong number, this was very unprofessional. It was disappointing that although there was a few Coffee and tea satchel’s there was no milk, even a small longlife milk. There was also only 1 toilet roll, no spares and no tissues. With no one in reception, these things should be considered and spares available in the room.
There is a sign on the fridge that basically says you must clean the apartment before leaving or you will be charged a fee. Height of rudeness given the state the apartment was presented!
Spend an extra $20 per night for somewhere better, heaps more options in the area!
