Although hotels.com quoted a fixed price that could be paid at the property, the property was not staffed, and payment could only be made by a link in an email, which I consider unsafe, and there was a surprise 4% card charge and another 4% service charge on top, despite there being no staff there. Payment in cash was not possible. The next door air conditioner was ridiculously loud, no sheets for the second bed, a dirty pillow in the cupboard and the bathroom window didn’t function and its fly screen was ill fitting. Great location, and the refurbished lounge and kitchen was fine, but I wouldn’t choose to use an unstaffed property.
