Room key just wouldn’t work…
The keycard for the room wasn’t working, so I had to go back down to the desk, leaving my girlfriend standing outside our room with all of our stuff. They “fixed” it. Still didn’t work, so I had to go back down. I finally asked them if they could just let us in the room for now while they figure this out. They agreed to do that, but then the woman started helping another person that had gotten there after me. She wanted to check to see that his keycard was working since mine wasn’t. Okay? Can you take care of the person with the actual problem first? So my girlfriend went down after we ate our food to get our card. Still wasn’t working. So I went BACK down, told them, and finally this time they were able to get it to work. But wait! Story’s not over! After breakfast the next morning, we went back up to our room, and it wasn’t working again! So we went down and they fixed it. I’m not sure what the issue was, but it got to be pretty annoying. The staff was helpful, but they weren’t very pleasant. They just didn’t really say much. They would take my card, do something with it behind the desk, and just hand it back to me, saying “It should work now”. Sometimes not even saying that. It was a fine enough stay, but this issue made it kind of annoying. Definitely wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
