There is NOTHING negative I can say about this hotel, and its excellence begins at the front desk. Hotel clerks truly are only required to check guests in, out...and fulfill requests best they can. THREE GENTLEMAN. One works evening shift, the second...the overnight shift and the third, overnights I believe weekends only. Not ONCE have I not been greeted, both coming and going. Always SUCH friendly faces, and so attentive and sincerely caring....as shared that I visit Denton, to see my elderly Sister. THIS time, a reward getaway for my husband who has been dealing with failing health pretty much all hear. These associates are not "small town friendly"; they are just GOOD PEOPLE. The crew of HARDWORKING ladies we have had service our room?! TOP NOTCH. I only hope they are paid WELL, because unless you have worked in their field?....you have NO clue. What they do can be grueling, yet after they have came in fo "tidy up" our room, it looks like we just checked in! I dont know of even the best 5 star hotel, that I haven't at least found hair, in a bathroom corner. Not Best Western Denton Inn!! Ond would think they go oved their finished job with a magnifying glass!! To ALL the Staff....keep up the good work! We'll ALWAYS be back!
