I cannot comment much on many aspects of this property because I was never able to check in. The reservation for a twin room was made months ago with a confirmation from Hotels.com, but after a sweaty hike up the steep road to the hotel, I was told my reservation has been cancelled. I tried to explain that while I cancelled an earlier reservation made through expedia, I have subsequently booked the room again through hotels.com. I showed he manager (who did not speak any English and we had to communicate through google translate) the confirmation, but he insisted that my reservation has been cancelled. Nevertheless, he did try to help me find alternative accommodation, but what he offered was either too far away (in Vina del Mar), or not well located. I ended up using the property 's wifi to book a room in a nearby hostel. I think the manager was really trying to help resolve the problem, but the problem should not have occurred in the first place, and I think he still did not realized that he had made a mistake. (Please disregard the scores on room cleanliness and comfort, as I have no opportunity to observe.)
