Ridiculous! Not even ready for travelers yet!
Moldy pizza in microwave. Very old leftover takeout food beer in fridge. No tv the entire two nights. No lights in bathroom. no curtains. No wash cloths. Filthy dirty vents in every room. No hairdryer. Smoke detector not hooked up. The pool is empty except for some brown nasty water in the very bottom. We were afraid we wouldn't get there by check in time, and we tried to call for hours but got no answer, so had my daughter go there early to get keys. Luckily at that point she found someone there and they called and got my credit card number and gave her the keys. She decided to check it out and went in and found all the things I mentioned at the beginning of this message. By the time we got there my daughter was cleaning and there was one girl there who said the girl we needed had already left, but as a favor to her, she and her boyfriend would try to help get lights on and fix the tv. The tv did not get fixed and we only got one overhead light to work in the bathroom, none of the other three lights ever worked. This was quite embarrassing as I took my sister on this trip to see my kids and grandkids and told her we were getting a timeshare type "suite" unit that would be very nice. WRONG! She couldn't even blow dry her hair! It is not ready for occupants, you need to discontinue selling these rooms until they get their act together. I expect a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
