No waiting area / lobby, poor staff service
We had to wait outside the gate under hot sun with no waiting or lobby area. We called the number in the name card provided at the gate but it took too long to respond. After the manager called to inform that they will be coming in 15minutes to open, I was appalled to find out how unfriendly and unpleasant the staff treated us as guests. No greetings to us, the staff didnt even identify that she is working for this Inn when she saw us after she parked her motorcycle. She just open the door of the gate and instructed us to GET IN (in mandarin). After we entered and sat at the living room while waiting she wasn't too polite when she asked us for our passport either. Just a request only. No proper conversation was made the entire check in procedure. And we were given a disgruntled look and a slightly raised voice when we went to the wrong room. The allocated room is on the ground floor whereas my friend went up instead.
