We booked a bangalow for 3people to enjoy a kind of wild and natural atmosphere, but when we arrived, we were told that they had had stopped booking for it and given the notification to the agencies. We had to accept a normal room with one double bed, they put an extra mat on the floor.
The staff was friendly, this room had aircon, fridge and tea maker, the bathroom was not so small with basic amenities, though there was no safety box.
The garden was nice and neat, but some bangalows were under construction, and the property was not cleaned up enough. There is a restaurant and a bar in front of the river with comfortable breeze.
I reported it and asked to refund the difference to Expedia customer survice, but they are ignorering it. I don't know which side had a fault, the hotel or Expedia, though at least they should reply to the customer's inquiry.
