Despite it being in the middle of Koreatown, I felt safe leaving my car and staying here. The staff at the front desk was very kind, helpful and welcoming. They greeted you with a smile and acknowledged you as soon as they see you. Lobby was nice and clean. 24/7 front desk help plus a security at the entrance at night was reassuring. Having its own parking area was a huge plus. Everything was in walkable distance. The rooms were big enough for us. TV, AC, microwave (which I didn’t know came with the room), refrigerator and hair dryer all worked well. Bathroom was clean and so was the room. Even it being fully booked during our stay, it was not loud nor noisy outside besides the once in a while siren (not a big deal). The beds were super comfortable!
Cons:
The gap under the door of the hotel room was pretty noticeable that I felt like bugs were easy to crawl in. Our room was also in front of a storm drain that there were a good amount of small flies flying in front of our room that would occasionally fly past into our room and that was annoying. Also, the lock was so hard to turn to close and open (maybe just our room). They keyless entry was no problem though but that was my main concern because we always want that extra step of safety. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again.
