The location is great, just a 10-15 minute walk to the shops, golf and other sites.
For the rest of this review, understand that this is a university dormitory - so it should be understood that you're not staying at a high-end or boutique hotel.
The rooms are small, but suffice for 1-2 people with average luggage looking for an economical place to stay. (If you had 2 people with luggage and golf bags it would get a bit tight.)
The TV is small, and there is only one chair/seating area other than on the bed. Bring an extra towel and shampoo/soap as there is only one medium towel + one hand towel provided. Mini bottle of shampoo and small bar of soap.
Biggest issue during summer would be no air conditioning. There is a window, but with any humidity or temps in the 75(F)+/24(C)+ range it will likely get uncomfortable. There is a small vent in the bathroom that runs quietly all the time, but that doesn't circulate much air. Luckily, during my stay (mid-July) the local temps stayed in the 63-70 (17-21) range except for one day.
The bar/restaurant off the main lobby were comfortable and offered some quick and tasty bar-type food (burgers, pizza, beer, etc.) and breakfast was served in the adjacent cafeteria.
Overall my stay was pleasant, and as long as you're not expecting luxury accommodations and simply need a place to sleep and wind-down at the end of the day, this should suffice.
