Well, let's start with the bad part: I arrived by car from airport around 11PM at Apr, 30th. GPS led me straight to the hotel and found it easily and plenty of parking spots however, the hotel access door from garage has an intercom you must press it to be cleared lo let in. I did, and did again, and again, and again and after almost 5 mins (which is a lot when you're flying for almost 24 hours and it's 11PM and 10C outside) but no answer. No lift available to go to front desk, the lift is after this door, I had to walk up 2 pavements and go outside thru cars path and reach the front desk from the street to find the front desk (surprise!) empty.
Then I waited more and a man came from a office besides and I told him I was waiting at garage with my wife and bags and he simply didn't say anything and pressed a button and said: It's open now. Not a single sorry given.
Ok he can go to the office anytime but why keeping the intercom buzz in silence mode? The management really has to have a serious conversation with this man about his attitude and teach him how to deal with guests. I didn't get his name, just check who was there around 11PM at Apr, 30th.
But luckily the problems ended there.
The hotel itself is amazing. The room is enormous, plenty of space, cabinets, frigobar, tea/coffee machine, HD TV, fast free wifi, safe, even a bluetooth speaker to pair your phone is available, just loved the room.
Room service was fast and has reasonable prices.
