Let’s start with the advertising pictures here on Hotels.com. The pictures used on the site are extremely misleading and false advertising because it doesn't specify that the pictures used as a portrayal of their amenities are in fact from another club.Those pictures had mislead us to believe that it's part of the hotel which was the main selling point in selecting that hotel over other, less expensive, options we were choosing from & were in more consideration. Upon arrival we first dealt with dissatisfaction of being mislead but willing to overlook that, then came the most appalling moments THE STAFF majority were extremely rude, bitter, unhelpful, as well as unwelcoming. 1st keep in mind that we didn't get any room, we booked a suite but with that in mind, we ordered a appetiser platter which had included chicken wings. The wings had a pinkish color which had my friend nervous since he did suffer from salmonella poisoning before. We informed the server of our concerns with the intention of just having it cooked again, instead they brought it to the bar & had a few people gather around it to then bring it right back to us to contest that it's fine when as paying customers with a history of such moments just wanted to have that reassurance to be cooked again which was ignored & we understand Russian so we understood that we were being mocked & ridiculed. At check out, not even a "thank you", "have a nice trip", or just plain "good bye". I paid $445 for the worst experience.
