No warm water
We arrived late because of our flight. It was 10:30 pm when we locked the door. They openned the door and, after complaints about the time, they told us that there was a problem with the gas heater that probably would be fixed in the next morning and we couldn't have warm water to take a shower the night we have arrived. So, after 24 hours in a plane, we couldn't take a shower because the water was so freezing and there was no heater in the room at all. I almost cry and ask if there was any way to have a warm water to a quick bath, but the answer was no. In the morning, they woke us up early (I don't know why they didn't let us sleep more) and let us use the eletric shower of the other room. It would had be done the night before because the other room was available. It was very mean what they did to us. I felt like I was being punished because we arrived late. As there was no heater in the room, the blankets were not enough. The breakfast was very good
