The price was twice as much as advertised, the "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke, their were cigarrete burns on the toilet seat, only one garbage can, no flexibility around check out time, the staff was not very helpful, the room was dirty, there was no coffee, all of the acoutrements were worn out, and the air conditioner was rusty. Our room was atrocious. Plenty of other motels and hotels are light-years better, for the same price. Some better places are even cheaper than here.

Poor
Rooms were extremely dirty and the paint was falling off the wall. Lack of pillows on the beds made the bed even more uncomfortable!! Needs to be updated and maintained better. Paid more than the posted price on the billboard/sign on the front of the motel. The free breakfast was a sad excuse for anything. Coffee pot was over flowing all over the place and flys were buzzing around. Not much to choose from.

Well for starters put a deposit down on the room . But the deposit was never returned . Staying in town for the night to fly out at 4 am . Front desk wasn’t open and said they would give back the deposit . But not in my account . Pretty shady of a hotel .

I liked how comfortable the bed was. The bathroom felt clean and it was relatively quiet. but the floor was very stained and dirty.

The room was not at all like the photos on line. We did not stay and checked out. As we were loading the vehicle. About 1/2 dozen police vehicles showed up, got out with guns drawn including assault style rifles to perform some duties. When we inquired as to whether this was a safe place to stay we were told it wasn’t. This confirmed our decision to check out.

We checked in late. I had called earlier that day to say that we would be. The lady at the desk said she had tried to call me several times. I had not received any phone calls. The beds looked like they had been slept in. Lint and hair on the sheets. Hair all over the bathroom floor. And I had to pay for the room before hand, not when we checked out, which I find very unusual.

Got a call to confirm approx time of arrival. Told the lady will be there around 5 but no guarantees as its the long weekend and lots of traffic. When I arrived (at 6pm) they had written down 2:30 on my reservation sheet and complained that I was late not wanting to allow my children and I to stay even tbough I prebooked the room. The room it self was dirty. Had to wash hair out of the tub before showering. Only 2 towels were provided, and when calling front desk for more towels (have 3 kids with me) they told me to come get them. I told them I am not leaving my kids alone can someone bring them please and the lady was very put off. It smelt like marijuana overwhelming a few times during our stay, even though we were in a non smoking room and the rooms beside were also non smoking. The people staying above were very loud all night. Not pleased at all with the stay there.

You get what you pay...
I purposely choose a room that was pet friendly even though it was an extra $10 because I had a dog with me, for me to have to pay attentional $20. Was not impressed to see that in the room beneath the room was a couple clearly living in the room. When their door was open you could smell a horrid smell and see the mound of garbage in the room. There were a lot of people walking around outside who clearly were intoxicated on more than just alcohol. Which caused my child to feel very unfortunate staying there. The room we stayed in for the most appeared was clean. In the carpet and both beds had different types of hair in the sheets (making us think that there did not vacuum or clean the sheets well); cobwebs in many of the corners and along the roof. The continental breakfast was 2 cereals with what looked like croissants and muffins but honestly could not tell because of how many times they have been cut to make them smaller. Overall I definitely think I paid more than what I should have.

My room was dirty, splats of god knows what all over the bathroom walls. There was 2 staff members who were helpful, the rest had horrible attitudes and made me feel like I was an inconvenience when it came time to check in and out. I’m a cheap person when it comes to overnight places to stay but this place that’s the cake for the worst I’ve seen and for the price of $95 it’s absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever be back to stay there. I’d rather rough it in my car to be honest. Very disappointed

Booked a 2 night stay in a non-smoking room. Checked in, dropped off stuff & went on my way, thinking room had a funky smell. Returned for the night... funk was there but decided to get some dleep. Rolled off the pillow during the night, and immediately awoke, face down on the mattress, to the scent of urine. Absolutely gross. Got up, showered, moved all of my things from the room to my vehicle, let front desk know. I requested a different room & was told that when I returned later, one would be provided. So... returned, was assigned a new room (noting urine stained mattress was now sitting on sidewalk, outside of previous room). New room smelled fresh. I changed, left for the afternoon & evening, returning only to sleep. Got up this morning... with bites on my neck, hands, legs?? Showered, packed, reported again to front desk. Received a wide-eyed "this is the first we've heard of this" & quick refund of damage deposit. Travelors should be allowed to charge this place a damage deposit to ensure it cleans up it's act, or pays for subjecting customers to crap conditions.

Old motel, small room, small TV, bathtub was scratched and look really old (1970’s). No place to eat within walking distance. I will not return.

Waterslide is a huge let down
Its a ok place BUT i have 4 kids and we were looking forward to the waterslide. If your kids want a nice place to swim this is NOT the place
