Everything was going great until we asked the front desk attendant Mr. Kyler information about staying an extra day. He just told us there’s no room available. The next morning, we asked the money attendant Ashley, she was so helpful polite, and told us that there was the fact room available but at this point we found somewhere else. Mr. Kyler, needs more customer service training. Ashley, Is a true professional. Other than that, we had a great time.
