I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights with my mother who needed to care for me after medical procedures each day for my brain injury. I called ahead multiple times to confirm my disabled accessibility needs would be met and assured it was taken care of. The first night, due to my need for a controlled environment (ambient streaming on television screen) and the tv being unable to stream (even though I called to make sure this wouldn’t be an issue), I was stuck outside on the terrace in the rain while it took 3 hours for staff to switch out the tvs, change cables, etc. the activity in the room would have caused a seizure for me. It was terrible. After that night, the electrical engineer (who was AMAZING) went to the store and fixed the issue. Everything we asked for (towels, blanket, etc) was forgotten and asked for repeatedly. The pros: clean rooms, housekeeping, engineers, and the valet were some of the best I’ve seen in hotels. Everything else was very inconvenient for my medical visit. I wouldn’t say this hotel is disabled friendly.
