When I arrived and checked in to the hotel I was told that the pool was under maintenance. But they had a solution and it would be for me to take a cab to another hotel 10 minutes away and they will of course pay the taxi back and forth. Nothing else was told and informed.
Said and done during my days I do around 10 trips to the other hotel with a functioning pool.
The very un-service-minded guy that handled the checkout told me I had to pay for the breakfast (one day). I then explained we can erase the 10 rides I’ve done back and forth to the other hotel for being able to use a pool (which i was not informed didn’t work prior to my arrival) since it will be a lot more than the breakfast fee. But to avoid paybacks back and forth I told him let’s say we’re even, and wanted to show pictures on the receipts. He’s then stating that I need all the original copy’s to be able to get anything from him. Which of course is not fair since it wasn’t communicated before.
What I asked for was not the money back either, just to simply remove one breakfasts fee that he was about to charge me for.
On top of that the breakfast I had, was at the end of the breakfast time and there was almost nothing left to eat. Of course this guy should not work with service, specially not at a hotel more than three stars.
One other thing that was extremely frustrating was the elevators. How can it be acceptable that a hotel has 4 elevators and none working properly… for me it’s not acceptable
