My initial room door did not close or lock properly, leaving my belongings vulnerable to anyone at the hotel. It then took over an hour for the staff to move me to another room. The second room I was finally placed in after was filthy, with dirty sheets, stains on the furniture and bed, and even a Band-Aid on the floor. And I have pictures for all of it.
Furthermore, an exterior door leading to the main stairwell, giving access to every floor and room of the hotel, was accessible without a key card, compromising guest safety.
Lastly, I was charged for the hotel twice and it’s been almost a week since my stay and I’m still waiting on a refund to be issued.
Due to these issues, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I would like a full or partial refund for my stay to compensate for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience.
