I've been to so many hotels, but I'm still astonished by the staff's lack of professionalism. They had no idea about basic things about hotel management. For example, I need to explain the use of credit cards after 24 hours of insisting that my card wasn't valid. However, after I got tired, I showed how to use a chip card that always needs pin code confirmation. No one cleaned o gave me new towels any of the three days, but the cleaner people were inside my room since they had forgotten the window cleaner there. What had they been doing there? Every time I passed the front desk, it disturbed me with the same motto about not smoking inside the rooms. I don't even smoke. Perhaps they were inside the room snooping. Hot water? Just for the first 5 minutes of tap open, during the three days. Especially the blonde woman that tried to humiliate me on the night of 11/26. Be careful! She, from nowhere, starts to accuse you of wrongdoings. Plus, always trying to explain why they are correct, and always right, got it? Nuts!
