This was our first visit to this establishment, but we will be happy to return.
People are very important to us, and we were delighted with the friendly welcome by the gentleman on duty at Reception, when we arrived. His command of the English language was a real bonus!
The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. A large, and very comfortable, bed; a delightful en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet; and, to crown it all, a kettle, that enabled us to make the tea/coffee provided. There was no milk (which my wife always takes in her coffee), but the gentleman at Reception gladly provided her with some.
The breakfast was amazing, and the lady receptionist was also friendly. The variety of options was the best we have ever experienced in a "budget" hotel - and we have used a lot of them! Even the seating was of a higher quality than we have experienced in the past!
The overall star rating is due to the fact that the toilet cistern seemed to be filling up every 15-20 minutes. We had thought, at first, that the noise was coming from other rooms around about, and that it would stop when everyone had gone to bed! If we had realised that the noise was from within our own room, we would have reported it to the gentleman before he went off-duty!
