Apart from the receptionist called "Miao" who is very good in providing excellent customer service and Anna (who takes care of the bookings for local attractions) has done an excellent job in meeting my requests, I am very much disappointed in the rest of the staffs and hotel services. There were no iron, ironing board and electric kettle. My wife reminded the cleaners to lock the balcony door after they cleaned the balcony, but they have never followed the instruction. The electrical systems are rather faulty, the switch gaves the crackling sounds whenever the light is turned on. Honestly, it is a high level of fire hazard. By the way, I booked a room which the booking system says has a bathtub but I was given a room without it. Last but not least, there is no swimming pool.
P.S. To the ladies, you will need to be very careful if you are having menstruation... If you stain the bed sheet, you will be fined 500 baht. In my opinion, it should be rated a 2-star hotel since the hotel is very short of amenities.
