Bad experience at the check in
Although I made a reservation for the day before the morining of the arrival (flight arrival at 6.00 h AM) I was informed at the arrival that I have to wait because the room was not ready.
I complained because I had paid that night because I wanted to take a shower and sleep a little bit before 8.30h AM to start my work, but I had to wait until 7.30h and as an alternative they gave me another room for rest. After 15 minutes (7.45 h AM) they call me to say that I could ocupy my definitive room.
In the meanwhile it was 8.30h and I had to leave to work (deliver a training) without any sleep.
On the final of the week when I asked for a late check out (around 17.00h PM) to be able to take a shower on the end of the work and before the flight I was informed that I have to pay extra fee, and even informing what has passed on the arrival they didn't take it into consideration, so I had to make the check out at 7.30h AM before the last working day.
For me this was unnaceptable and I'll never stay at this Capital Hotel
