Motel not Hotel stay away at all costs!!!
The restaurant was closed, and the bar was only partially functional. The bartender was 8 months pregnant and very grumpy. Our water wasn't working the first night, and when we went to tell the front desk the following day, there was no urgency to resolve it (it felt like they knew already). Even after maintenance "resolved" it, the pressure was extremely low, and there was no hot water. I think they were intentionally restricting the water, but I have no evidence. We had roaches in our room, and all they offered us was roach spray, saying there was nothing else they could do. The woman at the front desk even said to us, "Did you read the reviews before booking?". There were no phones in the room to call the front desk if there was an issue you had to walk down to the other building. Everything about this was a motel and not a hotel. The rooms are in a separate building that you get to from outside like a motel, no resturanat, and only vending machines. Imagine going on vacation and having to get water from a vending machine. They wanted us to walk to the main road, with no sidewalks to get food from a food truck. Then other guests told us they were using a local app to try and get food delivered. This hotel needs to be removed from Hotel.com because it is not a hotel it is definitely a motel. I can not stress enough how awful the service was. We had to carry our luggage to the building where our rooms were, no help, no cart, nothing.
