I tried to check in at 4:10 and was told there were no rooms available, even though check in was supposed to be 3:00. I was told it would be at least 20-30 minutes before a room would be ready. Unfortunately, I needed to make other arrangements to change clothes and get ready for an event. I did receive a phone call after I had left saying that a room was ready. At that point, I didn't have time to turn around and go back. The attendant on hand said she could not do anything about this issue and I should speak to someone in the morning. The morning attendant said she couldn't do anything because it was booked through a third party. I felt like there should have been some sort of compensation since I had to leave without being able to use the room to get ready for my evening event.
