Walked into a room with no linen on the bed, which was solved later, hair all over the basin and counter, which we requested to be cleaned. On return the counter was cleaned but the basin and surrounds not. At this point I asked to speak to management, who was very apologetic and said will be in touch with me further. Coffee machine was broken asked for coffees, they never arrived. Both meals we had there were not to order, Room service took over an hour, arrived cold with no cutlery. When asked why is was ice cold they suggested to reheat it. The restaurant had 4 tables. We asked to speak to management again, the front of house said they were too busy and gave us a voucher to stay free nights in future.... I said rather than throw money at the problem, maybe the manager to speak to me and hear what the issues are, and I returned the voucher. I was then promised management would call before 5pm that day. 3 days later... nothing
